Saying Goodbye.
My Grandson, Jack Iles, begins his journey tomorrow to Annapolis and the US Naval Academy.
He is pictured with my friend Andy Magee. Andy is a retired captain, LCU professor, and Pastor of our homeless church, Church on the Levee.
How do I feel? Proud, Extremely Emotional, Hopeful, Prayerful, and 100 other emotions.
We’ll see him at Thanksgiving.
I’m aware he’ll be a different man.
Please pray for Jack on this next leg of his journey.
