I’m Louisiana author Curt Iles, and I’d love to speak at your Civic Club meeting or Chamber event.

I’ve published eighteen books, including four novels. My writing and speaking have a central theme: I write about the natural beauty, culture, history, and good people of my native state.

Above all, I’m a storyteller. Well-told stories connect with people’s hearts, and I’ve spent a lifetime collecting such stories. Many elicit laughter, while others bring tears, and each story moves listeners.

Here are several things I offer your club:

• I value club members’ time and know how to end on time.

• I don’t charge a fee. I only ask for a book display table, and I’d appreciate a club member at my table before and after the meeting.

• Writing and speaking are my full-time callings. Therefore, I’m usually available when you have an opening on short notice.

• I guarantee that we’ll have a good time connecting as I share clean and positive stories about nature and human nature.

I can be contacted at curt@creekbank.net or by text at 318.623.3778.
