Filling My Buckets with Time and Love

 

This weekend I’ll have one of life’s greatest gifts: I’ll rub elbows with each of our nine grandchildren.

I don’t want to take it for granted.

Two are leaving the family circle.

One to Ruston. One to Annapolis.

There won’t be many weekends where I can hug all of them in one fell swoop.

I only have one goal this weekend: pouring my time and love into each of their buckets.

I’ll be writing more today about life buckets and the joy and privilege of having nine important life buckets to fill.

I’d better get busy.

I’ve got to make sure my own Life-Bucket is full for pouring into theirs.
