Seasons

I’ve been thinking about Seasons.

Winter is still with us, but I tilled my potato ground today.

It was great to smell turned earth. It’s one of my 5 favorite smells.

What is your favorite smell? Smells?
I’d love to hear from you at curt@creekbank.net

Seasons

in my culture, we plant Irish potatoes on  Valentine’s Day.

I’ll cut and seal my seed potatoes this week. They’ll be ready for February 14.

Just as new season of green growth awaits in SW Louisiana’s during March.

My potato plants will be breaking ground about time of the last frost.

No worry. Potato plants are frost-resistant. The cold might burn the leaf tips but they’ll survive.

The first green sign of approaching warm weather.

Seasons.

They are a good part of our lives.

Seasons. I think of what Life-Season I’m in.

It’s a good season.
