What is wisdom?

It’s the insight and intelligence to make good decisions.

The Bible talks a great deal about wisdom. Here are two bookend verses– one from the Old and the other from the New Testament.

For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.  Proverbs 2:6

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.  -James 1:5
