A Good Term: It is a Privilege

It is a privilege…

When we count our blessings, we’ll realize how many we have.

With that on my mind, I’ve been stuck on this wonderful phrase, “It is a privilege.”

I find myself applying those words to every opportunity, challenge, problem, and joy I encounter on this rocky yet wonderful road of life.

It’s a privilege to ___________. “IAP
You can fill in your blanks much better than I can.

There are just some of mine.

It’s a privilege to live in a country where I have the freedom to do, or not do, what I wish.

IAP* to have a family, especially to live long enough to know my grandchildren.

IAP to have the means and mission to travel to Africa. I have no idea why God would plant a Southern Redneck’s heart in the midst of this continent. However, it is a privilege to travel there and make new friends as I share “the hope that is in me.”

It is a privilege to simply be alive today. Thank you Lord.
