“When an old man dies, a library burns.” -African Proverb “. . . precisely like the old-fashioned school-master, of whom it was written, ‘ And still, they gazed, and still the wonder grew, That one small head could carry all he knew.’ ” -Rhyme in old New England primer. I have so many elders who fit those definitions.

Perseverance “Everyone wants a harvest but few are willing to plow.”   Keep going. Keep your hands on the plow.  don’t give up.   Persevere.
