Notes From the Creek: Going to Work With a Lunch Bucket

I’ll be at two events over the next two days:
Thursday, September 18, Dry Creek Baptist Camp Community Catfish Lunch.
Friday, September 19, La Camp Church of God Senior Adults
Come by, and I’ll gladly sign copies of my books.
Visit Amazon/Curt Iles Books to learn more.
Two photos that say it all: a recent photo of Mom and me at Billy’s Boudin.
Second photo: On the way to work. Look at my beaten lunch bucket. It reminds me I have a daily job: write moving stories that encourage and inspire readers.
If it looks as if I’m stepping off on a hiking trip, I am. It’s called the journey of life.
This week I’m working at three of my satellite offices: Tamp and Grind Coffee, Why-Not-Stop on Versailles, and Rapides Library-Westside.
Each has its own special vibe.
There’s always more at The Creek. www.creekbank.net
